While payment is due when a reservation is made, we understand circumstances can arise which necessitate that a given reservation needs to be cancelled. Recognizing a reservation by one customer for a given day and time precludes another potential customer from making a reservation for that same block of time, and at the same time trying to be sensitive to our customers' needs, the following REFUND POLICY will apply:
* Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund of any payments received.
* Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours in advance will be entitled to receive a refund of 50% of any payments received.
* Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will only be entitled to receive a refund at the sole discretion of management, based on the circumstances at the time
